About Aubie J. Herscovitch

Aubie J. Herscovitch is the head of De Grandpré Chait's Real Estate Transactions team. He advises businesses of all sizes and industries on their commercial activities and real-estate needs. He represents developers, investors, owners, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, purchase and sale of property assets both in and outside Quebec. He also puts his vast knowledge to use in the establishment of securities on personal and real property, as well as in the context of financing, loans and factoring arrangements.
