About João Ricardo Nóbrega

João Ricardo Nóbrega is the managing partner of RSA and head of the real estate department. He is recognised as a leading specialist in high-end investment vehicles, presenting innovative legal solutions and proactively anticipating and solving challenges. João advises national and foreign investors in all types of investment structures, incorporating and registering investment funds and management entities. He has been actively involved in high-value corporate real estate projects and several M&A transactions involving different industries and economic sectors. He speaks Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish, and lectures in postgraduate courses, in addition to speaking regularly at conferences and authoring several articles and books.
