About Bernardo Castro Marques

Bernardo Castro Marques is an associate lawyer in RSA’s collective investment vehicles and real estate department. He has advised national and foreign clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including sale and leaseback, purchase and sale, the development and rental of shopping centres, retail parks, offices and logistics, and residential and tourism projects. Bernardo has also advised clients in all types of investment structures, incorporating and assisting investment funds and companies and management companies. Bernardo has written several articles for specialist publications and has been registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2016. He speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
