Stelios Christofides

He advises on corporate, insolvency and non-contentious intellectual property matters. He has worked on major restructuring projects, including the restructuring of the Cyprus Co-op, providing advice and transactional work on the subsequent creation of a “bad bank” portfolio management company holding NPL assets of EUR8.3 billion, and the performance of a legal due diligence on a EUR400–600 million portfolio of non-performing loans from a Cyprus Bank.
