About Maria Giorgalli

Maria Giorgalli is a lawyer at George Z. Georgiou & Associates LLC and a member of the Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory (CCR) and IP and Media departments of the firm. She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Cyprus and an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow and has been called to the Cyprus Bar. Maria provides daily legal support to clients on corporate law and regulatory matters, reviews legal documents, drafts agreements and assists with the incorporation of companies in Cyprus. She also works on IP projects undertaken by the firm.
