About Narine Beglaryan

Narine Beglaryan is a partner of Concern Dialog Law Firm who joined the firm as senior associate in 2013 and was promoted to the position of partner in 2016. Currently, Narine heads the firm’s corporate law and banking and compliance practice areas. She represents clients within judicial and arbitration proceedings, as well as advising clients on major M&A transactions. Prior to joining Concern Dialog, Narine had been a Legal Advisor at Armentel CJSC, and held the position of Chief Lawyer at BTA Bank CJSC.
