About Narine Beglaryan

Narine Beglaryan is a partner at the Concern Dialog Law Firm who joined the firm in 2013. Narine initially joined the firm as a senior associate and was promoted to the position of partner in 2016. Currently, she heads the firm’s corporate law, privacy, and reputation management practices, as well as the banking and capital markets area of practice. Narine advises and leads M&A transactions (including due diligence and share transfers). Narine has also been active in litigation in cases related to her practice areas. Prior to joining Concern Dialog, Narine was a legal advisor at Armentel CJSC, and prior to that, she was the chief lawyer at BTA Bank CJSC.
