About Riccardo Paganin

Riccardo Paganin is a counsel at Legance, and mainly deals with M&A, corporate law and financial markets regulation. He advises corporations, banks and private equity funds on M&A, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, including several major cross-border deals. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and other commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT service agreements. Riccardo graduated summa cum laude from Università Bocconi of Milan and obtained a PhD in Commercial Law from Ca’ Foscari – University of Venice.
