About Paolo Marzano

Paolo Marzano is a partner at Legance and an expert in IP law and, in particular, on copyright, information technology and new technologies. He deals regularly with trade mark, unfair competition and protection of industrial design topics. Paolo assists his clients in judicial and extrajudicial issues, as well as representing his clients in complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional litigation. He is a professor of Intellectual Property Law at the Università LUISS – Guido Carli of Rome, a member of the International Trademark Association and its Copyright Committee and the Chairman of its Design as Applied Art and Music Subcommittee. Paolo is the joint editor-in-chief of "Il Diritto D’autore" (Copyright) review.
