About Christiane Osterspey

Christiane Osterspey is a lecturer in international insurance and liability law at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. She has been admitted to the Bar, and has been a lawyer with BLD, in Cologne since 2015. Christiane specialises in liability and coverage claims regarding product liability and safety in national and international matters and she frequently handles catastrophe claims and personal injury claims. She is regularly involved in contentious and non-contentious work in cross-border and subrogation claims for domestic and international insurers and insureds.
