About Abdudayem Elgharabli

Abdudayem Elgharabli has represented and advised a major investor on a joint venture and investment in urea and ammonia production plants with the National Oil Corporation of Libya (NOC), and a consortium of international contractors on the bidding for, and negotiation of, construction contracts for the new Tripoli International Airport, the new Tripoli Third Ring Road and a deepwater container port. He has also advised major international oil companies on the negotiation of exploration and production sharing agreements with the NOC, and provided Libyan law expert opinion in UK litigations between Libyan state entities and private fund managers, and in international arbitrations between the State of Libya and a number of international contractors.
