About Yves Sangano

Yves Sangano is a chief associate at K-Solutions & Partners with vast experience of more than 15 years in business law practice, and focuses mainly on IP, corporate, commercial, tax, management, PPP, public procurement and investment transactions. He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association, the East Africa Law Society and the National Independent Review Panel of Public Procurement. Yves is also a Certified Arbitrator and a Certified Insolvency Practitioner. Before joining K-Solutions & Partners, he served in various positions, such as State Attorney/Strategic investment Legal Analyst, Deputy Registrar General of Companies and Legal Advisor to the Cabinet Secretariat in the Prime Minister’s Office.
