About David Ngirinshuti

David Ngirinshuti is a principal associate with specialisation in corporate, tax and commercial law. He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association, the East Africa Law Society, the East Africa Law Society Young Lawyers Organizing Committee and the Association of Young Arbitrators. His experience includes assisting local and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, and taxation. He is involved in conducting legal due diligence and legal audits, as well as advising in investment deals, private equity and other investment vehicles or structures, and corporate and project financing through syndicated loans or other financing arrangements.
