About Gustavo Fierro

Gustavo Fierro is an associate at DLA Piper who focuses on answering the various consultations in individual and collective labour matters; inspections and procedures before the National Superintendency of Labour Inspection (SUNAFIL); representation and defence in judicial labour processes; and the performance of labour audits, due diligence and labour compliance. Likewise, he has extensive experience in the hiring of national and foreign personnel, the elaboration of regulations and internal labour policies, as well as the separation of personnel and disciplinary measures.
