About Guillermo García Montúfar

Guillermo García Montúfar is a partner of Estudio De la Flor, García Montufar, Arata & Asociados Abogados and head of its real estate department. He has been principal outside counsel for several prominent entities dealing with real estate investment in Peru, as well as property formalisation programmes in Peru and other countries, such as El Salvador, Haiti, Mexico, Egypt and Tanzania. He has advised the Ministry of Justice on mediation and reconciliation, and the World Bank and the Institute of Liberty and Democracy on administrative and civil law, among other things.
