David Quezada has been of counsel in the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs departments of Arochi & Lindner since 2015. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, public sector and regulatory matters. His corporate practice includes advising in all stages of the business life cycle, from the incorporation of a company to operation, control, contract negotiation and drafting, foreign investment participation, mergers and acquisitions, and even the dissolution and winding up of companies.
