About Adrian Martínez

Adrian Martínez is a member of the ICT department at Arochi & Lindner. His practice is focused on trade mark and copyright litigation, counselling related to the defence of intellectual property rights as well as administrative law consulting services, advertising law and consumer law. He has collaborated on several publications specialising in intellectual property law, administrative law, advertising law and consumer law. He actively collaborates with the Copyright Committee and the Litigation Committee at the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
