Ryan Soutar is a law clerk in Addisons’ gambling law practice who assists the practice in advising a diverse array of domestic and overseas clients. Ryan joined Addisons in late 2021 and has developed his passion for gambling regulation ever since. He has assisted in advising a variety of clients on a wide variety of gambling regulatory issues.
