About Rafał Kos

Rafał Kos is an attorney at law with a PhD and an LLM (Washington). He is recommended as an expert on arbitration in the most prestigious rankings and has been the vice-president of the Confederation Lewiatan Arbitration Court in Warsaw since 2014. Rafał was appointed as Permanent Arbitrator and Conciliator of the Arbitration Court at the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Poland in 2020, a member of the Minister of Economy’s ADR Expert Team in 2013, and a member of the Polish delegation at the 73rd session of the UNCITRAL Working Group II ‒ Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Conciliation in 2021. He is the author of multiple publications and conference presentations on arbitration.
