About Maciej Durbas

Maciej Durbas is an attorney at law with a PhD and an LLM (Vienna and City University of Hong Kong), and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is co-leader of the arbitration practice at Kubas Kos Gałkowski and handles complicated disputes, including cross-border proceedings in various sectors, both as a counsel and arbitrator, including as a presiding arbitrator. Maciej has also acted as an assistant to the arbitrator or tribunal’s secretary on many occasions. Maciej is the author of numerous publications on arbitration.
