About Asma Hamid

Asma Hamid is the founder and head of litigation at AHA, Lahore. Prior to her independent practice, Asma served as an equity partner in one of the largest law firms in Pakistan and as Advocate General for the Province of Punjab. Asma regularly advises clients on corporate and commercial laws by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing general advice and opinions, conducting due diligence, and structuring and leading complex and high-value transactions. Asma’s extensive litigation portfolio includes representing individuals, multinationals and corporates before the Supreme Court, Federal Shariat Court, Lahore High Court, Islamabad High Court, tribunals and governmental departments.
