Nick Holuigue is a partner at Maddocks and has extensive experience advising on a myriad of real estate transactions. He is an active member of key industry bodies and a Board member of UDIA Victoria. Nick acts for private and listed commercial developers and investors on complex property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, agreements with landowners and/or joint ventures, owners corporation structuring, delivery of subdivisions and management of high-volume leasing and sales. Nick’s areas of legal expertise include advising on residential towers and communities, retail, shopping and bulky goods centres and community master planning.
