About Catherine Marino

Catherine Marino specialises in a broad range of property law matters at Maddocks. She advises large commercial developers on the acquisition of commercial, retail, residential property and broad acre land, land and strata titled developments, off-the-plan development and sales, including the preparation of master documentation as well as managing the broader project legal team. She also handles commercial and retail leasing portfolios for landlords and acts for developers against landowners in breach of building covenants. Catherine manages the residential portfolios of many developers, including Evolve, Mirvac, Cedar Woods Properties, Blueways and Dahua, as well as small boutique developers.
