About Aditya Goel

Aditya Goel is a senior associate in the IP litigation team. He is an attorney at law and has been involved in diversified litigation practice and been exposed to various branches of law. He has extensive experience in trade mark and patent litigation, in addition to alternate dispute resolution. He has been involved in advising clients on various facets of patent issues such as infringement and invalidity analysis of patents, designs and trade mark issues and intermediary liability. He has been involved in strategising commercial disputes relating to infringement of intellectual property rights pertaining to patents, trade marks and passing off, recovery of money and consumer disputes.
