Shabbir S Wakhariya is a senior lawyer who has obtained an LLM from Duke University School of Law in the USA, in addition to his Indian law degree. He is qualified to practise in India, New York, Washington, DC, and the UK, and represents and advises international clients doing business in India on all business and legal issues. He began his legal career in Mumbai at one of the oldest law firms in India, and practised for 20 years with a New York-based law firm before continuing his practice in Mumbai, where he co-founded his current firm, Wakhariya & Wakhariya.
