About Petr Vošahlík

Petr Vošahlík is a senior lawyer at BBH, where he focuses on representing clients in arbitration or court proceedings. Besides that, Petr is a listed arbitrator at the arbitration court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, Vienna International Arbitral Centre and is a member of the German Arbitration Institute. Petr has extensive experience in advising clients in international arbitrations – in particular, dealing with M&A disputes, claims for compensation (including lost profits) and disputes related to development projects.
