About Viviana Miranda Ortíz

Viviana Miranda Ortíz joined O'Neill and Borges in 2008 as an associate. She was promoted to income member in 2014 and to capital member in 2021. Viviana is currently ranked by Chambers and Partners Latin America. Her main practice areas are real estate and commercial lending, with an emphasis on notarial and mortgage law. She has represented local and international financial institutions with real estate and asset-based loans, as well as with participations and portfolio acquisitions. Viviana is also one of the firm’s insurance recovery claim team leaders, implementing her expertise on local condominium law issues.
