About Walter Francisco Alomar Jiménez

Walter Francisco Alomar Jiménez joined O'Neill and Borges in 2006 as an associate, was promoted to income member in 2010 and to capital member in 2014. Walter has been ranked by Chambers and Partners Global and Latin America. His practice focuses on real estate, commercial finance and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his 20-year career, Walter has gained vast experience representing major local and international financial institutions in all sorts of commercial transactions involving real and personal property collateral. He also represents a variety of private equity funds in the acquisition of distressed loan portfolios. Walter enjoys mentoring new attorneys.
