About Nicole Berio-Dorta

Nicole Berio-Dorta joined O'Neill and Borges in 2011 as an associate and was promoted to income member in 2017. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial lending and creditors’ rights. She has assisted clients in worldwide corporate restructurings and acquisitions of healthcare facilities and hotels. She has also represented financial institutions in the granting and restructuring of credit facilities in the hospitality, real estate development, healthcare, pharmaceutical and product manufacturing subsectors. Nicole has also been an integral part of the firm’s due diligence and acquisition teams for multimillion-dollar portfolios of non-performing loans and foreclosed real estate properties.
