About Marta Ramírez Isern

Marta Ramírez Isern joined O'Neill and Borges in 2010 as an associate. She was promoted to income member in 2015 and to capital member in 2021. Her main practice areas include real estate, commercial finance, hospitality and secured transactions. Her practice also focuses on distressed loan portfolio acquisitions and the due diligence thereof, as well as commercial leasing and workouts/discounted payoff agreements. Marta has represented multiple local, US-based and international clients from the major sectors of the PR and US economies. She encourages teamwork and enjoys training and mentoring young attorneys.
