About Antonio Collazo Bennazar

Antonio Collazo Bennazar joined O'Neill and Borges in 2009 as an associate and was promoted to income member in 2014. He concentrates his practice on environmental, energy, land use and regulatory matters. He performs due diligence and transactional work for a wide array of commercial clientele, including pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, renewable energy projects, oil and gas companies, manufacturers and waste management enterprises. Antonio also represents clients before local and federal agencies with jurisdiction over environmental, energy and land use matters on regulatory compliance and enforcement actions. He also has significant experience on fuel product storage and distribution, as well as retail operations.
