About Jun Li

Jun Li practises primarily in the areas of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, direct investment, and general corporate matters. She has represented many foreign clients in cross-border transactions and investments involving China, including greenfield investments and acquisitions. Ms Li has advised numerous clients, including multinationals and start-ups, on their major initiatives, as well as daily operations. Ms Li also routinely advises Chinese clients on their domestic and outbound transactions and has extensive experience in onshore and offshore structures and formalities. Ms Li represents clients from a wide range of industries, such as education, clean energy, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), information technology, hospitality, entertainment, and a variety of manufacturing.
