About John D. Fitzpatrick

John D. Fitzpatrick focuses on assisting foreign investors to navigate the complexities of doing business in China, particularly in respect of corporate compliance matters, including data compliance, contract and document reviews, and translations. Mr Fitzpatrick has worked with clients in the consulting, technology, retail, and automotive industries, among others. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr Fitzpatrick worked at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. He holds a US Bar licence, is a US certified public accountant, and also has previous Big Four accounting experience in the USA.
