About Teresa Yu-Ting Huang

Teresa Yu-Ting Huang is a partner at Lee, Tsai and Partners, who is admitted to practice in Taiwan and Mainland China. With around 14 years of experience advising Taiwan, Mainland China and multinational clients, Ms Huang has substantial experience in corporate and M&A transactions, particularly investment projects in the biotech industry. Ms Huang also advises many publicly listed companies on a wide variety of legal matters, including medical and pharmaceutical law, consumer protection, labour and employment law and environmental law. She is currently a member of the Medical and Health Committee of the Taipei Bar Association.
