About Luke Hung

Luke Hung is an associate partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners. He works on a wide variety of legal issues and specialises in construction law, government procurement, public-private partnership projects, infrastructures, technology, patent law and intellectual property law. He is an experienced litigator and has represented clients before the civil courts, the CAA, and the Complaint Review Board for Government Procurement. With an extensive understanding of construction, MRT, infrastructures, renewable energy and business, Luke also advises on corporate legal matters such as joint ventures, licensing and procurement.
