Jaime Cheng is a senior of counsel at Lee, Tsai & Partners. Her practice areas include cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, data privacy, and international arbitration. She has represented various multinational clients in several ICC arbitrations and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Jaime is admitted to practise law in California.
