About Tonio Fenech

Tonio Fenech has practised law for over 30 years, after qualifying in Malta and receiving specialist training in London. His principal practice areas include corporate and commercial, financial services and asset finance law. He lectures regularly on the law of fiduciary obligations and corporate governance, asset finance law and insurance law. Tonio is a managing partner of Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal and a director of the ARQ Group of Companies, a multidisciplinary collaborative professional services organisation which includes licensed trustee and corporate services.
