About Oscar Melara

Oscar Melara is the managing partner of ALTA in Honduras and has considerable experience in corporate law, banking, finance, commercial, energy, administrative, intellectual property, telecommunications, tax, competition (M&A) and other branches of general law. He has acted as legal adviser to many well-known local and regional companies. Oscar is also a certified arbitrator in the Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa.
