About Miguel Torres

Miguel Torres is the managing partner of TELLES and the head of the tax practice. With more than 25 years' experience as a lawyer (more than half of which has been dedicated to practising and teaching tax law), Miguel has vast experience in dealing with M&A transactions, inbound and outbound investments, corporate governance, corporate taxation, individual taxation and tax litigation, working for major Portuguese and international clients. He is a member of the steering committee of the ITSG (International Tax Specialist Group) and of the tax committee of Invest Europe.
