About Ivone Rocha

Ivone Rocha is a partner of TELLES, heading the energy, environment and natural resources practices. She has published several articles in specialised magazines and is regularly invited to participate as a speaker at legal conferences. Ivone is also co-author of the books: “Chance to Change – the Paris Agreement and the Green Growth Model” (Plátano Editora, 2019) and “Climate Chance”, a legal-economic reflection of the carbon market (Publindustria, 2013). Moreover, Ivone is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations, as well as founder and vice-president of the Portuguese Energy Law Association.
