About Francisco Espregueira Mendes

Francisco Espregueira Mendes has been a partner at TELLES since 2001 and co-heads the corporate and M&A and the European law and competition practices. During his career, he has led on numerous corporate and M&A transactions, with an emphasis on corporate acquisitions and disposals, privatisations, complex corporate reorganisations and private equity deals. Francisco has advised several clients on major cross-border acquisitions in the financial services, insurance, real estate, tourism, maritime, agriculture and other sectors. He is a member of the Portuguese Association of European Law (APDE) and the Association Européene d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales (AEEJF).
