About Yasmin Tasan

Yasmin Tasan practises in the areas of structured and aircraft finance, representing commercial lenders as well as export credit agencies (ECAs) in a variety of cross-border aircraft financing transactions, including capital markets offerings, working capital loans, and finance and operating lease structures. She supports lenders and ECAs in both direct and guaranteed financings of commercial wide-body aircraft, private business jets and helicopters for commercial airlines, leasing companies and operators in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and Central America. She also represents the Export-Import Bank of the United States on a variety of portfolio management issues, including equipment exchanges, re-registrations, restructurings, and wet and dry leasing of financed aircraft.
