About Lucy Melville

Lucy Melville is an associate in Hadef & Partners’ employment team. She advises clients on business protection agreements, settlement agreements and exit strategies. She is well versed in drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks and various policies including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Lucy also provides employment related support on large corporate transactions including due diligence tasks, preparation of service agreements and tri partite arrangements. She has experience of acting for large national and international employers and regularly appeared before the UK Employment Tribunal representing clients facing litigation claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination. Acting for a wide sector of clients, she has represented both claimants and respondents before the employment tribunals.
