About Milan Dakić

Milan Dakić is a specialist in real estate, construction law, environmental law and aviation law. He contributes more than 12 years of post-qualification experience at BDK Advokati. He has particularly strong experience with FIDIC contracts and construction arbitration. Milan holds an LLM in International Business Law from Central European University, Budapest. He is also a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He represents the firm in the Environmental and Real Estate Committees of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) as well as in the Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC). Milan is fluent in English.
