About Milan Dakić

Milan Dakić is a specialist in real estate, construction law, environmental law and aviation law at BDK Advokati, with more than ten years of post-qualification experience. He has particularly strong experience with FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts and construction arbitration. Milan holds an LLM in International Business Law from the Central European University in Budapest. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He represents BDK Advokati in the Environmental and Real Estate Committees of the American Chamber of Commerce, as well as in the Infrastructure and Real Estate Committee of the Foreign Investors Council. Milan is fluent in English.
