About Danny Huntington

Danny Huntington is a shareholder at Rothwell Figg whose practice includes all phases of IP law, including litigation, US and foreign prosecution, licensing, and general client counselling. When the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) started declaring patent interferences involving biotechnology, Mr Huntington was one of the few knowledgeable in both interferences and biotechnology, and he soon found himself spending most of his time working in this field.
