About Jorge Salomão

Jorge Salomão is responsible for the property practice area at DENTONS FL&A. His expertise is in litigation, civil law, labour law, and administrative and environmental law. He prepares and monitors all acquisitions, leases and transfer of property within or outside real estate projects. Jorge participates in due diligence, prepares legal opinions, and mortgage and pledge contracts, among other guarantees. In the context of land law, Jorge assists clients in the processing of constitutions, transfer or termination of rights of use and benefit of land. He also advises on transactions in the hotel and leisure sector.
