About Nis Peter Dall

Nis Peter Dall is a partner at NJORD Law Firm. He is an attorney engaged primarily in data protection law, IT and internet law, and is a certified IT attorney (with the Danish Association of IT Attorneys). Nis Peter has comprehensive knowledge of national and international data processing conditions, including concerning compliance, data processing agreements, and transfer and security conditions in both the private and the public sector; he also has noted expertise in health data protection law. He has long experience in IT-related agreements, including acquisitions, operation and maintenance agreements, and cloud computing. Nis Peter is co-author of the book ”Persondataforordningen” (”GDPR for Practioners”).
