About Dariusz Szcześniak

Dariusz Szcześniak is responsible for the commercial litigation practice at DMS concerning financial market institutions and corporate disputes related to the operation of capital companies. This includes protecting the rights of shareholders, as well as involvement in issues involving the liability of members of management boards. Prior to founding DMS in 2004, he worked in financial institutions and co-operated with the Warsaw offices of international law firms, where he was responsible for services offered to pension and investment funds, and he advised Polish and international clients on matters concerning capital markets. He acts as an attorney in front of common courts of law as well as in proceedings in front of the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority and administrative courts.
