About Maciej Miąsko

Maciej Miąsko is a senior associate at TKP and an economist. He specialises in new technologies law, with particular emphasis on issues related to payment services, anti-money laundering, information protection, and a broad range of e-commerce issues. He has extensive experience in contract law and services provided by electronic means, including e-money. He has advised financial institutions on cases before the regulators (Polish Financial Supervision Authority, National Bank of Poland, General Inspector of Financial Information and the president of the Personal Data Protection Office). He has also advised financial institutions in the implementation of various internal procedures and has worked on due diligence projects for financial market participants.
