About Karol Juraszczyk

Karol Juraszczyk is a senior associate at TKP who specialises in new technologies law, in particular, payment services law, personal data protection law and issues related to anti-money laundering. He has experience in contract law, services provided by electronic means, consumer protection, and e-commerce law. Karol has represented a payment institution before supervisory authorities such as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the General Inspector of Financial Information. He is on the TMT team at TKP, where he advises clients in the fintech sector, including with respect to financial institutions law and payment services law. Karol has experience advising a leading payment service provider in due diligence processes and post-transactional integration.
